Patterson Place will always meet the client’s and family’s needs.  We are currently offering Home Care Services on Cape Cod from Sandwich to Eastham.  We will visit your home and conduct a detailed interview with the client/family and complete an assessment in the home, for safety and other client needs.

We are always available to answer any and all questions or concerns the client or family may have.  We pride ourselves on communication.

Here is what we offer:
